If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nArtificial Intelligence Procurement LeadWhat does a successful Artificial Intelligence Procurement Lead do at Fiserv?\nAs a successful Artificial Intelligence, (AI) Procurement Lead, you will help transform the procurement function through digital technologies, automation, AI and process optimization. You will work with procurement, technology, finance, legal, risk, suppliers and business stakeholders to design source-to-pay strategies, systems and tools.\nWhat you will do:\nDefine and execute a digital procurement and AI transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy, operating model needs and value creation priorities.\nLead the selection, implementation, and scaling of AI, automation, and digital procurement solutions across the source-to-pay lifecycle.\nRedesign procurement processes using automation, analytics, and procurement best practices to improve efficiency, compliance and user experience.\nDevelop key performance indicators, dashboards, and value tracking methods to measure procurement performance and support data-driven decisions.\nLead cross-functional transformation programs by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, milestones, and business outcomes.\nDrive stakeholder adoption through structured change management, communications, training, coaching and knowledge sharing across the procurement organization.\nPartner with suppliers, procurement teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align technology deployment, process standards and capability-building plans.\nWhat you will need to have:\n8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, procurement operations or procurement consulting.\n8+ years of experience leading digital procurement, process optimization, transformation delivery or procurement technology initiatives.\n8+ years of experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, business requirements, change management plans and implementation deliverables.\n8+ years of experience using procurement data, key performance indicators, dashboards, or analytics to measure performance and track value.\n6+ years of experience implementing or supporting procurement technology platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Oracle, SAP or similar platforms.\n6+ years of experience applying AI, automation, workflow, analytics or digital tools to procurement or source-to-pay processes.\nBachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, business, finance, operations management, information systems, engineering, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\nWhat would be great to have:\nExperience creating digital procurement and AI transformation roadmaps for enterprise procurement organizations.\nExperience standardizing source-to-pay processes with measurable productivity, compliance and user experience improvements.\nExperience developing training, adoption, and capability-building materials for digital procurement tools.\nExperience in financial services, payments, technology services or regulated business environments.\nTravel:\nThis role requires regular travel, (10 - 25%.)\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
