If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nBilling AnalystAbout your role:\nAs a Billing Analyst, you will support billing operations by preparing, reviewing, and resolving billing activity that helps ensure accurate invoicing and timely revenue-related processing. You will work with finance, operations, and cross-functional business partners to support account maintenance, issue resolution, and billing accuracy. Your work helps strengthen operational consistency, client satisfaction, and the integrity of the order-to-cash process.\nWhat you'll do:\nPrepare, review, and process billing transactions to support accurate invoicing and timely completion of billing activities.\n\nAnalyze billing data, account details, and transaction records to identify discrepancies and resolve exceptions.\n\nSupport recurring billing cycles, account maintenance, and adjustments in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.\n\nPartner with finance, operations, and internal business teams to research billing issues and ensure accurate account resolution.\n\nMaintain billing records, supporting documentation, and transaction details in accordance with internal controls and standard processes.\n\nMonitor billing activity and reporting to identify trends, reduce errors, and improve process consistency.\n\nAssist with audit requests, reporting support, and documentation related to billing operations and controls.\n\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\n\nExperience you'll need to have:\n2+ years of experience in billing, finance, accounting, order-to-cash, or related business operations supporting invoicing, account maintenance, and transaction processing.\n\n2+ years of experience analyzing billing records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting recurring billing cycles or payment-related processes.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel including large data sets, Macros, V Look-up, and Pivot tables.\n\nExperience maintaining documentation and records to support billing accuracy, internal controls, and audit readiness.\n\nBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\n\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience supporting order-to-cash operations in a high-volume business environment (SAP, Oracle or similar)\n\nExperience working with billing systems, enterprise resource planning systems, or financial platforms.\n\nExperience partnering with internal teams to resolve billing exceptions and account issues.\n\nExperience supporting process improvement initiatives within billing or revenue operations.\n\nHow you'll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
