If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nBusiness Operations LeadAbout the role\nagentOS is Fiserv's governed AI platform and agent marketplace for banks and credit unions. As the business grows from pilots to a broad base of clients and agents, we need someone to own how the team operates day to day and to keep sales, client success, commercial and product teams working from the same plan.\nThis role owns a defined set of operating work that crosses teams. It makes sure every new agent is ready to sell before it launches. It turns client and field input into clear, usable information for the product team. And it gives leadership one consistent view of how the business is performing. It doesn't run any other team's work for them. It keeps the work moving between teams and makes sure nothing falls through the gaps.\nWhat you'll do:\nRun how the team operates\nMaintain the team's operating procedures, who-owns-what chart and decision log, and resolve unclear ownership as it comes up\nDefine the handoffs between teams, such as a signed client moving to implementation or a new agent moving from build to market, and check that each one happens\nGet new agents ready to sell\nRun the launch readiness checklist for every new agent and release, confirming sales, support, pricing and marketing are ready before go-live\nSet up each new agent in Fiserv's CRM so it can be quoted and sold\nMaintain a tracker showing where every agent stands, from approved to ready to sell\nSupport the product team with business input\nProvide usage and adoption data by agent and by client to help the product team decide what to build next\nCollect client and field requests, route them to the right product lead, and report decisions back to the people who raised them\nPackage client demand for new agents (who the client is, what they need, how big the opportunity is) for the product intake process\nReport on business performance\nOwn the monthly business review: one set of numbers across sales, adoption, client service, revenue and partners\nSet the structure and data standards for the pipeline tracker\nProvide limited leadership support for business reviews and cross-team initiatives\nExperience you'll need to have:\n3-6+ years in business operations, product operations or strategy and operations at a technology, fintech or financial services company\nExperience setting up processes, handoffs and launch checklists across several teams\nStrong analytical skills, including building KPI reporting and dashboards and turning data into recommendations\nAbility to hold teams accountable without having direct authority over them\nHighly organized, with dependable follow-through\nClear, concise writing and communication for executive audiences\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience with platform, marketplace or usage-based businesses\nProduct operations or product launch experience\nPower BI or similar reporting tools\nFamiliarity with banking or credit union technology\nHands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and data quality is a plus\nSalary Range\n$100,000.00 - $165,600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
