If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nCard Production Machine OperatorAbout your role:\nJoin the Card Production team in Nashville at Fiserv, a global leader in payments and financial services. You will either operate world-class EMV personalization equipment to embed EMV chips into payment cards or a collation machine, ensuring accuracy, security, and on-time fulfillment of client orders.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOperate, set up, and tend EMV personalization machinery (including Muehlbauer equipment) to embed EMV chips into personalized credit, debit, and prepaid cards.\nExecute production runs to complete smart card orders by specified deadlines while meeting client Service Level Agreements and internal quality standards.\nVerify proper functionality of EMV chips and perform inspection and quality checks on finished cards.\nPerform basic preventive maintenance, routine troubleshooting, and report equipment faults to maintenance teams.\nEnter production data and maintain accurate production and defect logs in shop-floor systems.\nParticipate in cross-training across machines and processes to support team flexibility and continuous improvement initiatives.\nFollow strict security, confidentiality, safety, and quality procedures while supporting productivity targets.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you’ll need to have:\n1+ years of machine operating experience in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (or a combination of education, work, and military experience).\n2+ years of machine operating experience in fast-paced manufacturing or card personalization environments.\n1+ years of direct Muehlbauer equipment operating experience.\nHow you’ll work:\nYou will work an assigned schedule of either a 1st or 3rd rotating 12 hour shift; 6:00am - 6:00pm or 6:00pm - 6:00am\nThis role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.\nThis role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nThis role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.\nSponsorship:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
