If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nClient Project ManagerAbout your role:\nThe Client Payments Project Manager delivers Enterprise Payments Platform projects for a global client base. You will structure project delivery, coordinate cross-functional contributors and maintain client alignment from initiation through implementation. Your work helps Fiserv deliver payment solutions that meet agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.\nWhat you'll do:\nAct as the product face to the client, building trusted relationships and guiding clients throughout delivery.\nApply strong product knowledge and sufficient technical understanding to translate client needs, facilitate decisions, and connect business and technology teams.\nLead complex client payment projects from initiation through implementation against agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.\nDefine project plans, delivery approaches, milestones and governance routines that support client and internal stakeholder alignment.\nCoordinate cross-functional contributors across the software development lifecycle, including design, build, test, quality assurance and implementation.\nManage project scope, change control, resource planning, timelines, risks and issue resolution throughout delivery.\nMaintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Fiserv and client organizations through clear written and verbal project communication.\nLead project commercial activities, including budget tracking, forecasting inputs and client discussions related to scope or delivery changes.\nEvaluate delivery practices and recommend process improvements that increase consistency across Enterprise Payments Platform projects.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n6+ years of experience managing complex, client-facing technology projects with defined scope, schedule, budget and quality measures.\n6+ years of experience delivering software projects across the software development lifecycle, including design, build, test, quality assurance and implementation.\n6+ years of experience managing project scope, change control, resources, timelines, risks and financial tracking for fixed-price or high-value projects.\n4+ years of experience communicating project status, risks and decisions to senior business stakeholders and technical teams.\n4+ years of experience using project management tools such as Clarity, Jira or similar project tracking platforms.\nBachelor’s degree or higher in business, technology, project management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience in the payments, financial technology or financial services industry.\nExperience supporting Enterprise Payments Platform implementations.\nProject Management Professional certification or similar project management certification.\nExperience improving delivery methods, project governance or software delivery processes.\nHow you'll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
