If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nCollections - Associate IIAbout Your Role:\nYou will be responsible for the collection, via inbound and outbound dialing of unpaid consumer debt in a call center environment.\nAssign consumer debt inventory and be held accountable for collection performance based on departmental assigned targets.\nCollect accounts in compliance with applicable regulations and internal performance standards so as to achieve a pre-set goal objective.\nUtilize skip-tracing tools to obtain up-to-date customer information.\nProvide daily coverage of all accounts until payment arrangements have been made.\nDetail all discussions and actions in collections system or database.\nMultitask and navigate quickly through varies systems.\nWhat You'll Do:\nHigh school graduate/GED\nMinimum of 1 year collections and/or customer service experience.\nPrior experience working in a call center\nExperience You'll Need to Have:\nCommercial Collections (B2B) experience\nKnowledge of applicable regulations\nDemonstrated skip tracing skills and ability\nExperience That Would Be Great To Have:\nKnowledge of collections regulations including to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act\nSponsorship:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
