If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nCredit Risk AnalystWhat does a successful Credit Risk Analyst do at Fiserv?\nYou will work to identify, Mitigate and eliminate fraud and credit losses to Fiserv and our clients by conducting investigations to identify potentially high risk/suspicious merchant processing activity to protect the firm against financial loss.\nWhat you will do:\nMake real time decisions to properly identify situations that require deeper investigation with the ability to identify emerging fraud trends.\n\nCoordinate risk mitigation and fraud remediation efforts with other areas of the business such as Funding, Legal, Operations, Client Services, etc.\n\nCommunicate regularly with internal and external partners to present high risk activity with recommended and/or required actions.\n\nWork in a fast paced environment reviewing many accounts to identify potentially high risk/suspicious merchant processing activity to protect the firm against financial loss.\n\nYou will review and investigate merchant accounts to assess fraud and credit risk exposure.\n\nNegotiate collateral requirements and restructuring terms as required.\n\nResolve merchant inquiries through scheduled calls.\n\nComplete special projects as assigned.\n\nYou will read and interpret documents.\n\nYou will calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.\n\nYou will exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions and interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel, partners, and vendors.\n\nYou will work independently or in a team environment & work efficiently in stressful situations.\n\nWhat you will need to have:\n2 year degree with prior work experience.\n\n2 years prior customer service experience or 1 year Fraud & Risk Experience\n\nAbility to use programs such as Excel & Word\n\nAbility to Multi-Task\n\nYou must be a detailed and organized individual\n\nYou may be required to work some weekends and holidays to meet deadlines.\n\nThe ability to meet deadlines\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\n What would be good to have:\nBachelor’s degree.
