Translate enterprise priorities into locally relevant, measurable action with strong regulatory awareness, cross-border thinking and disciplined execution.\nRole Overview\nReporting to the SVP, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Associate Experience, this role may be based in Basildon, United Kingdom, or Dublin, Ireland.\nEMEA is the primary focus, but the Programme Manager will also lead, support or contribute to global and cross-border initiatives, balancing enterprise consistency with local culture, business priorities and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategy and execution\nDevelop and deliver the EMEA CSR roadmap\nTranslate global priorities into clear regional programmes, policies, milestones, ownership and success measures\nGlobal partnership\nRepresent EMEA on the global team\nContribute to enterprise initiatives\nShare leading practices and improve consistency, scalability and impact across borders\nRegulatory readiness\nMonitor relevant EMEA sustainability, ESG and non-financial reporting developments\nPartner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, HR, Finance and other experts to assess implications and support readiness\nReporting and governance\nCoordinate data collection, validation, controls and reporting for executive decision-making, disclosures and applicable requirements\nEstablish operating rhythms, KPIs and programme reviews\nCommunity impact and volunteering\nManage strategic nonprofit and community relationships\nAdvance volunteering and community investment with appropriate due diligence and measurable outcomes\nERG enablement and associate engagement\nPartner with ERG leaders and internal stakeholders to strengthen strategy, participation, ally engagement, governance and alignment with associate and business priorities\nSustainability\nSupport EMEA sustainability plans\nRecommend improvements to regional practices, processes, tools and implementation\nStakeholder leadership and communications\nInfluence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority\nPartner with Marketing, Brand and Communications on credible, evidence-based engagement and storytelling\nFinancial and operational discipline\nManage budgets, spend, vendors and partners\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate and strengthen programme management, data and governance\nCandidate Profil e\nA strategic, hands-on programme leader who combines EMEA expertise with a global mindset, strong execution discipline and the judgement to determine when regional adaptation or enterprise consistency is required.\nWhat you will need to have\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience\nFive or more years of relevant experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG, community investment, associate engagement or inclusion, preferably in a multinational organisation\nExperience designing, implementing and measuring multi-country or enterprise-wide programmes\nPractical experience with EMEA sustainability, ESG or non-financial reporting requirements and evolving regulatory expectations\nWorking knowledge of frameworks and standards such as CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, GRI and the UN Sustainable Development Goals\nExperience with data collection, reporting, KPIs, controls, programme governance, budgets and risk management\nAbility to work across countries, cultures, functions and time zones in a complex, matrixed organisation\nExcellent executive communication skills and proven ability to influence and lead without direct line-management authority\nWhat Success Looks Like\nEMEA programmes align with global strategy and regional requirements\nLeaders have reliable insight into performance, risk and regulatory readiness\nInitiatives have clear governance and measurable impact\nCross-border work is delivered with collaboration, accountability and disciplined execution\nThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
