If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nExecutive CollectorAbout this Role:\nAs an Executive Collector, you are responsible for driving results by collecting unpaid consumer debt through manual dialing in a call center environment. You will clearly communicate financial obligations, negotiate effective payment arrangements, and ensure full compliance with all regulations and company policies.\nYou will manage complex, higher-balance accounts, providing consistent daily outreach until resolution while accurately documenting all activity. Success in this role requires strong judgment, advanced negotiation skills, and accountability for meeting aggressive collection targets that directly support departmental and organizational goals.\nWhat You Will Do:\nEstablish rapport with customers to overcome objections and successfully negotiate payment resolutions\nHandle more complex or escalated accounts, applying sound decision-making and problem-solving skills\nClearly explain account details, balances, and repayment options in a professional and compliant manner\nAccurately document all conversations, actions, and outcomes in the collections system or database, including payment confirmations and call summaries\nEnsure timely and successful completion of assigned accounts and daily objectives\nIdentify issues requiring follow-up or escalation and clearly detail next steps for resolution\nMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations while meeting performance expectations\nExperience You’ll Need:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)\nMinimum of 2-3+ year of collections or call center experience (senior-level experience preferred)\nStrong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills\nAbility to manage challenging conversations while maintaining professionalism\nAvailability to work on-site for the first 90 days, Monday-Friday\nThree early shifts: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm\nTwo late shifts: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm and another shift 1:00pm-10:00pm\nExperience That Would Be Great To Have:\nExperience with the CUBS system.\nExtensive knowledge of collections regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.\nPrevious experience in bank collections, credit card collections, mortgage collections, medical collections, or commercial collections.\nAbility to negotiate repayment plans effectively.\nStrong problem-solving skills to resolve billing issues.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nSponsorship:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
