If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nIT Staff AuditorAbout your role:\nIn this role, you will evaluate the effectiveness of technology controls, systems, and processes to identify risk, strengthen the control environment, and help protect organizational assets. You will partner with teams across the organization to assess technology and cybersecurity risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide practical recommendations that support strong technology governance.\nWhat you'll do:\nAssist in the planning and execution of IT audits across areas such as cybersecurity, access management, infrastructure, applications, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.\nEvaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls and identify opportunities to reduce technology and operational risk.\nPerform statistical sampling, select audit samples, apply appropriate testing methodologies, and validate supporting evidence.\nAnalyze audit evidence, identify control gaps, and develop practical, risk-based recommendations.\nAssist in preparing clear, concise audit findings and reports for management.\nCollaborate with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business partners throughout the audit process.\nStay informed on emerging technologies, cybersecurity risks, regulatory developments, and evolving audit practices relevant to financial services and fintech.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n2+ years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, cybersecurity, IT controls, or a related field.\nWorking knowledge of IT audit methodologies, risk assessment practices, and control frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, COSO, or FFIEC.\nExperience evaluating IT controls, documenting audit work, analyzing evidence, and communicating findings.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including experience using Excel to analyze and organize data.\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, cybersecurity, technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience working in a large or complex audit, financial services, fintech, or technology environment.\nExposure to multiple technology audit areas, such as cybersecurity, cloud environments, infrastructure, applications, privileged access, identity and access management, or data governance.\nExperience with statistical sampling, audit sample selection, testing methodologies, and evidence validation.\nFamiliarity with regulatory and industry frameworks such as FFIEC, NIST, COBIT, COSO, or PCI DSS.\nExperience using data analysis, visualization, or data-mining techniques to support audit testing and risk identification.\nProfessional certification such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, CPA, CFE, or CRMA, or an interest in pursuing a relevant certification.\nPrevious experience within payments, banking, fintech, or financial-services technology.\nHow you’ll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
