If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nMachine OperatorAbout your role:\nYou will join the team at our Chesapeake, VA location and receive training on our world class Emboss equipment, while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and efficiency to meet client Service Level Agreements. You will set up, run, and tear down the emboss machine that produces credit, debit, and prepaid credit cards while continuously performing quality control on your work.\nWhat you'll do:\nOperate Emboss production machines manufactured by Entrust \nRun test cards to confirm the card magstripe and chip are activated \nConduct quality control checks throughout the running of the job \nMake sure the cards and the attached mailers have clear print and are presentable for customers \nClean up pod area and machine when day is done \nExperience you’ll need to have:\nExperience using a computer for data entry \nProficiency in spoken and written English \nAbility to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance \nMust be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often \nExperience that would be great to have:\nA high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience \n1 year of fast-paced production environment \n1 year of emboss machine operating experience \nHow you’ll work:\nYou will work an assigned schedule of Swing shift Sun-Thur 2pm-10pm / Mid shift Tue-Sat 10pm-6am\nCompensation for this roll is $18.00hr\nYou are eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts.\nThis role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.\nThis role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.\nSponsorship:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
