If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nMachine OperatorAbout your role:\nAs a Machine Operator, you will support plastics manufacturing operations by handling materials, operating production equipment, and completing work in accordance with safety and quality standards. You will work with production team members, leads, and operations partners to meet daily output and schedule commitments. Your work helps maintain efficient production flow and consistent product quality across the site.\nWhat you will do:\nOperate plastics machine equipment and follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards during each shift.\nLoad, unload, sort, stage, and move raw materials, components, and finished goods through the production process.\nInspect in-process and completed plastic parts for quality, dimensions, defects, and conformance to specifications.\nMonitor equipment operation, identify basic process or equipment issues, and report concerns.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area and follow site procedures for material handling, storage, and disposal.\nSupport daily production goals by meeting assigned productivity targets and adjusting to changing manufacturing priorities as needed.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you’ll need to have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\nAbility to use basic computer systems to enter, review, or track production or quality information.\nExperience that would be great to have:\n1+ year of experience operating production machinery and performing routine maintenance.\nExperience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).\nCompleted safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures.\nHow you’ll work:\nEligible to earn shift differential pay when working second shift, third shift, or weekend day schedules.\nThis role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.\nThis role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nThis role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.\nSponsorship:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
