As a Software Development Engineering - Sr Advisor I, you will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.\nWhat you'll do:\nProvide leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\n\nPerform advanced coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.\n\nMaintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.\n\nMentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.\n\nDrive innovation and best practices within the software development team.\n\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\n\nExperience you'll need to have:\n10+ years of experience in software development\n\n10+ years of experience in Cobol\n\n8+ years experience with IBM tools, monitoring tools, RMF, DB2 utilities, Platinum Detector, etc\n\n10+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience\n\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience in the financial services industry\n\nSalary Range\n$121,125.00 - $193,800.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
