If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nNetwork Business Development SpecialistWhat does a successful Network Business Development Specialist do?\nThis role in the Fiserv Debit Network group is the face of the business for both existing and new clients. Your responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer engagement, understanding and tracking all contractual commitments, communicating the value of the comprehensive Fiserv debit network solution, and managing SOWs and other professional services requests.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and enhance client relationships with key clients\nCollaborate with various teams to drive business growth and ensure anticipated contractual benefits\nShare market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolution\nGenerate and analyze business review data on a regular basis\nManage SOWs and other professional services requests\nSubmit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAs\nComplete quarterly business reviews\nLead weekly conversations including all business and operational\nTravel: 35%-50%\nWhat you need to have:\n5+ years of experience in managing large accounts, preferably in the banking industry \n5+ years of experience in financial services\nAbility to travel up to 50% of the time\nProficiency in MS Excel \nWhat would be great to have:\nBachelor's degree or additional certifications in relevant fields\nExperience in the debit payments industry\nSponsorship: You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
