If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nPayments Systems AnalystAbout your role:\nAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the Payments Exchange Wires Platform by translating Fedwire Funds Service and ISO 20022 requirements into platform capabilities. You will work with product, engineering, architecture, quality assurance, operations and client-facing teams across the product development lifecycle. Your work will help improve wire payment processing, delivery clarity and platform readiness for clients.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead business and domain analysis for the Payments Exchange Wires Platform, with a focus on Fedwire Funds Service processing and ISO 20022.\nDevelop epics, features, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria from business, client, regulatory and payment network requirements.\nEvaluate end-to-end wire payment processing needs, including initiation, validation, routing, settlement, acknowledgements, investigations, returns, exceptions and reconciliation.\nDefine ISO 20022 message requirements, business rules, data mappings and processing outcomes for Fedwire and related payment flows.\nPartner with architects, developers and quality assurance teams to clarify requirements, resolve questions and validate intended business outcomes.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations and retrospectives to support predictable delivery.\nSupport functional, integration and user acceptance testing through scenario definition, traceability, defect analysis and validation of delivered capability.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or payments subject-matter expert within banking, payment technology or financial services.\n6+ years of experience analyzing high-value or wire payment lifecycles, including payment statuses, settlement, returns, investigations, exceptions and reconciliation.\n6+ years of experience with Fedwire Funds Service processing, including operating concepts, message flows, controls and exception scenarios.\n6+ years of experience with ISO 20022 payment messaging, including message structures, data elements, validation, mapping and end-to-end processing.\n6+ years of experience creating requirements, user stories, process models, data mappings and testable acceptance criteria for integrated platforms.\n6+ years of experience working in Agile product development teams with engineering, architecture and quality assurance functions.\nBachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience implementing or supporting Fedwire ISO 20022 migration or modernization initiatives.\nKnowledge of related payment rails and messaging standards, such as Clearing House Interbank Payments System, Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, real-time payments, FedNow or cross-border payments.\nExperience with cloud-native, microservices-based or application programming interface-enabled payment platforms.\nExperience supporting client workshops, implementation discovery, demonstrations, request for proposal responses or request for information responses.\nHow you'll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
