You will work directly with some of the largest financial institutions in the world. In this vital role, you will have a direct impact on client experience, ensuring the highest level of service and quality is constantly delivered to our customers.\nWhat you'll do:\nDevelop product knowledge and provide service support to clients and internal partners\nWork closely with clients and internal partners to trouble shoot, research and resolve product inquiries and impacting issues on client’s use of Fiserv products.\nTake a “Client First” approach by providing consultative servicing to meet client and company objectives\nCultivate positive relationships with clients and internal partners\nRespond to client inquiries and research client issues related to credit card processing\nResearch and provide information regarding client inquiries received via phone, email, or tickets\nResolve customer inquiries as they are reported using system knowledge and internal SME consultation.\nOn-call coverage and after-hours’ support may be required and will be assigned on a rotating or as needed basis to support non-business hours for Incident response.\nExperience you'll need to have:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or something equivalent\n3 or more years advanced client support experience\n2 or more years of Financial Processing or Financial Technology experience\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong customer service orientation\nExperience that would be great to have:\nKnowledge of Fiserv systems, (PCF, DMM, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules)\nExperience and knowledge of technical methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.\nHow you'll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
