The role serves as a trusted business partner to regional leadership, translating market demands, client needs, and regulatory requirements into relevant and competitive solutions. This individual also strengthens Fiserv’s value proposition through results-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and a strong focus on customer experience. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, solution adoption, and long-term relationships with financial institutions and fintechs.\nWhat you will do:\nLead the issuer solutions portfolio across North Latin America, with a focus on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.\nDefine product roadmaps aligned with the region’s financial, strategic, and regulatory priorities.\nConduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and business case evaluations to support investment decisions.\nCoordinate product launches, enhancements, legacy product retirements, and strategic client requirements.\nPartner with Compliance, Technology, Sales, Relationship Management, and Professional Services teams to ensure high-quality delivery.\nEstablish and manage processes related to opportunity management, commercial proposals, pricing, service levels, and internal approvals.\nSupport client and internal stakeholder negotiations, driving account expansion, cross-sell opportunities, and solution adoption.\nGuide cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, resolving challenges through clear communication and a results-oriented approach.\nWhat you will need to have:\nStrong experience in product management within the payments industry, issuer processing, or digital financial solutions.\nProven strategic leadership capabilities with a strong focus on business outcomes, portfolio performance, and customer experience.\nExperience working with financial institutions, fintechs, and technology providers in complex, highly regulated environments.\nProfessional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to deliver executive presentations and lead negotiations.\nStrong knowledge of business case development, go-to-market strategies, stakeholder management, and Microsoft and AI tools.\nBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.\nWhat would be great to have:\nKnowledge of debit, credit, prepaid, loyalty, fraud, and digital issuance solutions.\nExperience with platforms such as Vision Next, FirstVision, VisionPLUS, MasterData, or related solutions.\nExperience with RFX processes, commercial proposals, and service delivery models.\nPrevious experience supporting North Latin America markets, including Mexico, Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean.\nExperience developing product content and collateral for clients, sales teams, and marketing organizations.\nOur Culture:\nOur aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
