If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nProduct Operations & GTM ManagerAbout your role:\nThe Product Operations & GTM Manager is the operational backbone of the CashFlow Central (CFC) product organization, enabling the team to plan, launch, and scale CFC's accounts payable and accounts receivable capabilities for financial institution clients and their small-business customers. The role runs Product Operations, partners with Growth Partners, Sales, and Marketing to execute CFC's Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, leads the Operations and GTM tracks of the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), and serves as the product team's operational partner to Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProduct Operations and GovernanceOwn the CFC product operating model: planning cadences, intake, prioritization, roadmap hygiene, and governance forums.\nTriage and route product demand from Sales, Implementation, Client Support, and partner business units.\nTrack decisions, risks, and ownership (RACI), and turn operational data into executive-ready insights for leadership.\n\nGo-to-Market Strategy and Execution\nPartner with Product Managers, Growth Partners, Sales, and Marketing to turn product strategy into GTM plans: target segments, value propositions, messaging, launch tiers, and timelines.\nOwn GTM readiness and stage gates so documentation, training, enablement, and Legal/Compliance approvals are complete before general availability.\nEquip Growth Partners and Sales with sales plays, demos, pitch decks, and battle cards, and coordinate launch campaigns with Marketing.\nRun a regular GTM cadence with field teams to track pipeline and campaign performance and feed win/loss and competitive insights into strategy.\nCoordinate hand-offs to Implementation and Client Support, and measure launch effectiveness and adoption.\n\nAI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) - Operations and GTM Tracks\nLead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the AIDLC Operations and GTM tracks-stages, roles, artifacts, quality gates, and metrics.\nIdentify and deliver high-value AI use cases (e.g., PRD drafting, release notes, sales enablement content, status reporting).\nBuild reusable prompts and templates aligned with the development and delivery tracks; drive adoption and track productivity gains.\n\nLegal, Compliance, and Audit Partnership\nServe as the product team's point of contact for Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit, embedding their review into intake and GTM.\nCoordinate responses to audits, regulatory exams, and financial institution due-diligence requests, and drive remediation to closure.\nMaintain audit-ready documentation and define review controls for AI-generated content.\n\nExperience you’ll need to have:\nBachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years in product operations, product management, program management, or GTM operations, preferably in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS.\nDemonstrated success partnering with sales, marketing, and growth partner teams to execute GTM strategies and launches.\nExcellent project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives to on-time completion.\nExperience working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Audit teams in a regulated industry.\nHands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT/Codex) and Agile tools such as Jira and Aha!.\nExcellent organization, analytical, and executive communication skills; able to drive alignment without direct authority.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or SMB cash-flow solutions delivered through financial institutions.\nMarket segmentation knowledge; understands how to use tools like Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot to help product identify target markets based on available data and can confirm marketing strategy meets product need\nFamiliarity with payments regulations and controls (e.g., UDAAP, SOC 1/SOC 2, third-party risk management).\nPragmatic Marketing, Agile (CSM/SAFe)\nPMP certification.\nSponsorship:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
