If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nProduction LeadAbout your role:\nAs a Production Lead, you will be responsible for coaching, training, assigning, and checking the work of Production Associates . You will oversee shift operations through scheduling and ensure the completion of assigned production projects.\nWhat you’ll do:\nMonitor and evaluate the workflow throughout the department and provide verbal and written work status reports to the supervisor \nAssign work to associates and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion \nStage and prioritize work assignments in advance \nOperate and monitor equipment to process work according to instructions and/or client expectations, as well as setting up and calibrating equipment per guidelines and/or job specifications \nRespond to equipment troubleshooting to resolve machine and job-related problems \nWork with associates in team effort to further company goals concerning productivity, safety, quality, and Continuous Improvement initiatives \nExperience you’ll need to have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\n1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production environment operating production machinery and performing routine maintenance.\nAbility to use basic computer systems to enter, review, or track production or quality information.\nProven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language \nWhat would be great to have:\nExperience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS).\nCompleted safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures.\nA team player that works well with others but can also work independently\nHow you’ll work:\nYou will work an assigned 2nd shift Mon-Fri 4p-12:30a / 3rd shift Mon-Fri 12a-8:30a\nEligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd and 3rd shift\nFlexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays \nThis role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nThis role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.\nSponsorship:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
