If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nProgram Delivery ManagerWhat does a successful Delivery Manager do at Fiserv?\nA successful Delivery Manager at Fiserv leads complex delivery initiatives that advance enterprise transformation, Agile adoption, and scalable execution across technology and business teams. This role strengthens program delivery, portfolio governance, and operational discipline by partnering across product, engineering, PMO, and senior stakeholder groups. Success in this position improves execution predictability, aligns strategic priorities, and supports high-quality outcomes across global delivery programs.\nWhat you will do?\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, quality, and strategic business objectives.\nDrive Agile transformation and process improvement efforts by enhancing delivery frameworks, team operating models, planning practices, execution discipline, and governance maturity across programs and portfolios.\nEstablish and maintain portfolio governance processes, including delivery reviews, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, milestone reporting, escalation frameworks, dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting on program health and outcomes.\nPartner with product, engineering, PMO, and senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, align resources, improve execution across interconnected workstreams, and support engineering delivery practices across product and technology lifecycles.\nLead cross-functional coordination across global teams, influence stakeholders to resolve blockers and competing priorities, and contribute to PMO leadership through delivery standards, best practices, governance consistency, and continuous improvement.\nWhat you must have?\n10+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, portfolio management, or related roles leading complex enterprise initiatives.\n10+ years of experience leading Agile transformation, delivery operating model improvements, or scaled delivery practices across large organizations.\n10+ years of experience with program delivery, portfolio governance, dependency management, executive reporting, and risk management in enterprise environments.\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.\nWhat would be nice to have?\n1+ year of experience in financial services, payments, or fintech organizations.\n1+ year of experience using portfolio reporting and work management tools such as Jira, Clarity, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\n1+ relevant certification such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe, Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification.\nSalary Range\n$136,000.00 - $225,600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
