If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nProgram Manager, Card PlasticsWhat does a successful Program Manager, Card Plastics do at Fiserv?\nAs a successful Program Manager, Card Plastics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that elevate our card plastics product visibility, drive client engagement, grow pipeline, and support revenue growth. You will assist with GTM strategy design, enable cross-functional execution, compelling value propositions, identify and target whitespace, and ensure that sales initiatives are scalable, data-driven, and tightly aligned with Issuer Solutions growth objectives.\nWhat you will do:\nDrive the development and refinement of integrated card plastics strategies for new product launches, market expansion and customer segmentation.\nPartner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure plastics strategies align with customer needs and market dynamics.\nPromote go-to-market planning and sales execution for new product launches, ensuring alignment with product strategy and commercialization timelines.\nCollaborate with sales leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies that drive growth and improve sales\n Analyze customer segments and market data to determine where opportunities exist, Facilitating the execution, ongoing project management and reporting of new strategies. Analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales leaders.\nCreate and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product sheets, and client-facing collateral.\nWhat you will need to have:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; \n4+ years of experience in card plastics, GTM execution or sales/revenue operations roles.\nProven ability to drive GTM strategy development and execute cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue.\nStrong analytical skills and experience using CRM, sales analytics, and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Tableau).\nExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, or Seismic.\nWhat would be great to have:\nStrategic and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.\nExperience in product marketing or commercialization within a large enterprise.\nFamiliarity with Issuer Solutions, Output Solutions, or Money Network products.\nComfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.\nHighly organized with exceptional project management skills..\nDemonstrated success in supporting plastics sales enablement and client-facing initiatives.\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
