If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nProgram Manager, External RelationsWhat does a successful Program Manager, External Relations do at Fiserv?\nYou will support execution of Fiserv’s external relations programs across IndustryRelationsand Consultant Relations.In this highly collaborative role, you will manage briefings, meetings, events, communications, reporting, and internal workflows that help both functions operate consistently, efficiently, and with strong follow-through. You will be partnered with relationship leaders and cross-functional teams including Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Marketing/Communications, Legal/Compliance, Solutions Consulting, Business Development, and executive stakeholders to keep programs organized, measurable, and on schedule. This role supports external relations leaders and does not serve as the primary owner of senior external relationships.\nWhat you will do:\nProgram Planning & Execution\nDevelop and maintain integrated workplans, priorities, calendars, milestones, owners, and dependencies across Industry Relations and Consultant Relations programs.\nCoordinate briefings, meetings, webinars, roadshows, and conferences, including agendas, materials, logistics, attendee management, executive and speaker preparation, run-of-show, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, and follow-up.\nPrepare meeting briefs, notes, recaps, status updates, and leadership materials; confirm decisions, owners, due dates, risks, and completion of follow-up actions.\nStakeholder Requests & Governance\nManage intake and routing for external relations requests, partnering with internal subject matter experts to deliver timely, accurate, and approved responses.\nCoordinate NDA, approval, budget, invoice, and information-sharing workflows with Legal, Compliance, Marketing/Communications, Finance, and business stakeholders.\nEngagement Insights & Performance\nCapture external feedback, route insights to appropriate stakeholders, and track resulting decisions, recommendations, and actions.\nBuild dashboards and recurring leadership updates on engagement activity, participation, feedback, event outcomes, and program performance; recommend improvements based on results.\nData, Content & Operational Readiness\nMaintain CRM records, distribution lists, contact and firm profiles, engagement trackers, and data standards to support visibility, continuity, and reporting accuracy.\nMaintain a centralized repository of approved materials, templates, procedures, messaging, FAQs, and event assets to improve consistency, reuse, and adherence to engagement best practices.\nCritical skills:\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft concise summaries and coordinate input from multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to prioritize competing requests and manage timelines in a fast-moving environment.\nProfessionalism, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information.\nStakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners and drive progress without direct authority.\nProgram management skills, including workplan development, dependency management, risk identification, and escalation.\nAbility to synthesize engagement data and feedback into actionable insights and leadership-ready reporting.\nExecutive engagement readiness, including the ability to anticipate leadership needs and translate complex inputs into concise, audience-appropriate materials.\nAbility to improve processes and maintain data discipline through standardized workflows, accurate records, and measurable outcomes.\nWhat you need to have:\nBachelor’s degree required, or equivalent relevant experience.\n4+ years of experience in program coordination, program management, events, marketing operations, sales enablement, communications support, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience coordinating virtual and in-person meetings and events, including scheduling, materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to learn and use CRM workflows and reporting tools.\nWhat would be great to have:\nExperience supporting Industry Relations, Consultant Relations, analyst relations, association programs, partner programs, or related external engagement functions.\nBackground in financial services, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology.\nExperience building reports and dashboards and summarizing themes or insights from engagement activity.\nFamiliarity with NDA, approval, and information-sharing governance workflows.\nExperience coordinating budgets, invoices, vendors, or sponsorship deliverables.\nSponsorship: You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
