If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nSales Operations IIAs a Sales Operations Specialist II, you will support sales representatives and management by reviewing sales data, resolving onboarding issues and responding to inquiries throughout the merchant account lifecycle. You will work with Credit and Risk, Leasing, Boarding Operational Support, Product, Finance and Training teams to support accurate account setup, timely communication and effective sales operations.\nWhat you'll do:\nReview sales data, boarding inputs and account information for accuracy, completeness and alignment with company policies.\nRespond to support requests from sales representatives and management with timely, accurate information.\nUse account boarding systems and processes to support new merchant account setup and ongoing servicing activities.\nIdentify, document and help resolve issues that arise during account setup, activation and post-activation support.\nCoordinate with Credit and Risk, Leasing, Boarding Operational Support, Product, Finance and Training teams to support account lifecycle activities.\nAssist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination across prospecting, discovery, solutioning, pricing, proposal, boarding, activation and post-activation stages.\nPrepare and distribute sales reports, presentations and operational updates to support sales strategies and initiatives.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n3+ years of experience in sales operations, account support, merchant services, financial services operations or a related operational support environment.\n3+ years of experience reviewing account data, sales documentation or onboarding inputs for accuracy and completeness.\n3+ years of experience using customer relationship management, account boarding, case management or reporting systems to support sales or operational workflows.\nExperience coordinating work across internal teams, including sales, risk, finance, product, training or operations.\nAbility to communicate account status, issue resolution steps and operational updates clearly to internal partners.\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Operations, Communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience supporting merchant account onboarding or servicing.\nExperience working with sales lifecycle activities, including prospecting, pricing, proposal support, boarding, activation and post-activation support.\nExperience preparing sales reports, presentations or operational summaries for sales leaders.\nKnowledge of payment processing, merchant services or financial technology operations.\nHow you'll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
