If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nSenior ACH Product ManagerWhat does a successful Senior Product Manager do?\nAs a Senior Product Manager for U.S. ACH, you will help shape the future of our ACH payments portfolio, defining product strategy, driving modernization, and delivering capabilities that meet the evolving needs of financial institutions and their commercial customers.\nYou will combine deep payments knowledge with strong product leadership, working across technology, operations, sales, client teams, risk, and compliance to turn market and client needs into scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.\nWhat you will do:\nDefine and execute the U.S. ACH product strategy and roadmap, balancing client needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and modernization priorities.\nServe as a product and market expert for ACH payments, including origination, receipt, returns, exceptions, settlement, risk, and fraud.\nStay current on developments across Nacha, the Federal Reserve, financial institutions, fintechs, and the broader U.S. payments ecosystem.\nPartner with technology, architecture, and product owners to translate strategy into prioritized product capabilities and requirements.\nEngage directly with financial institutions to understand their payments strategies, challenges, and emerging needs.\nDrive modernization focused on scalability, resiliency, automation, integration, and operational efficiency.\nPartner with Sales and Client Management on strategic opportunities, client retention, adoption, and growth.\nDevelop business cases and investment priorities based on client value, market opportunity, risk, and business impact.\nCollaborate across ACH and adjacent payment capabilities to support a broader multi-rail money movement strategy.\nWhat you will need:\n7+ years of experience in product management, payments, financial technology, treasury management, banking, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of U.S. ACH payments and the Nacha ecosystem.\nExperience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements for complex technology products.\nUnderstanding of payment processing, clearing, settlement, exception processing, risk, and fraud.\nExperience working with financial institutions and enterprise payment platforms.\nStrong client engagement, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work effectively across product, technology, operations, sales, risk, and compliance teams.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.\nWhat would be nice to have:\nExperience with enterprise or high-volume ACH processing platforms.\nKnowledge of commercial banking and treasury management.\nExperience with modern payment architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies.\nUnderstanding of adjacent payment rails, including instant payments and wires.\nAAP or APRP accreditation is a plus.\nSalary Range\n$120,000.00 - $198,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
