Manage incoming requests ensuring colleagues and clients receive responsive, and diligent support for a variety of revenue-impacting transactions. You will help lead and deliver unparalleled client satisfaction and help monitor, process, implement, and record complex transactions with precision and exceptional problem-solving abilities.\nWhat you will do:\nPrepare analysis and reporting on month-end close processes for invoicing and financial systems processes.\nMap new products or expansion plans in collaboration with Credit, Debit, Fraud, Voice, Network, Merchant, and Output Services divisions.\nEngage in quarterly and annual audit reviews.\nRepresent in projects for migration, integration, and shared services strategies.\nConduct recovery of automated billing files, billing accuracy testing, and validation of results.\nPrepare quantitative analysis, synthesize data and sales information, and develop actionable recommendations.\nIdentify efficiencies and process improvements for invoicing completeness and accuracy.\nWhat you will need to have:\n4+ years of professional experience in billing, accounting, business, math, statistics or finance\nMicrosoft Excel (including large data sets, VLOOKUP, and Pivot tables).\nBachelor’s degree\nWhat would be great to have:\nOrder-to-Cash experience within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform (SAP, Oracle, or similar)\nExperience performing business analysis tasks related to client databases, billing history, research, and invoice posting.\nExperience in validating billing feeds and trend analysis.\nExperience ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client billing.\nHow you’ll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
