If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nSenior Campaign ManagerAbout the role:\nAs aSenior Campaign Manager, you will lead enterprise demand generation programs that drive engagement and pipeline across Fiserv. You will partner with Segment Marketing Leaders, Business Unit Marketers, and Sales to design, execute, measure, and optimize integrated campaigns aligned to business objectives, budget, and timing. Your work will help improve campaign performance, strengthen lead conversion, and support revenue growth.\nWhat you'll do:\nPartner with Segment Marketing Leaders, Business Unit Marketers, and Sales to define campaign objectives, target audiences, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.\nAdvise stakeholders on demand generation strategy and recommend campaign design, channel mix, touchpoints, and execution plans aligned to business goals.\nManage end-to-end campaign execution, including intake review, asset coordination, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and launch readiness through Adobe Workfront.\nBuild and optimize marketing programs across email, webinar, landing page, nurture, and trigger-based campaigns using marketing automation platforms.\nManage lead handoff processes with Sales and support alignment on follow-up expectations, lead routing, and campaign-related enablement.\nMonitor campaign performance, analyze results against goals, and present insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence.\nEstablish campaign measurement frameworks, reporting structures, and dashboards to evaluate engagement, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness.\nCoach and mentor campaign team members by providing guidance on execution standards, campaign strategy, prioritization, and performance improvement.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n4+ years of B2B demand generation and campaign management experience, driving new logo, upsell, cross-sell, and pipeline acceleration.\nHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), including campaign build, segmentation, dynamic content, nurtures, triggers, A/B testing, lead forms, and scoring.\nExperience managing campaign performance, including reporting, analysis, optimization, and stakeholder communication tied to business outcomes.\nExperience with Adobe Workfront, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related marketing technologies.\nExperience managing lead handoff processes between Marketing and Sales to support follow-up workflows and campaign effectiveness.\nBachelor's degree in marketing or related field.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience using Marketo\nExperience using ON24.\nExperience in banking, financial services, and/or software industry marketing.\nExperience applying Forrester Decisions best practices and frameworks.\nHow you’ll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
