As a Senior Data Analyst / Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technology partners to deliver scalable reporting, data engineering, and AI-enabled solutions that drive operational excellence and business value.\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, reporting solutions, and analytical datasets to support business objectives.\nBuild and enhance Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions for executive and operational stakeholders.\nDevelop and optimize Snowflake-based data solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, and performance tuning.\nPartner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust data models and reporting solutions.\nDesign and implement data integration and ETL/ELT processes leveraging modern cloud-based data platforms.\nPerform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.\nDevelop and maintain dimensional and analytical data models that support enterprise reporting and advanced analytics.\nLeverage AI and machine learning capabilities, including generative AI solutions, to improve business insights, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency through data engineering and analytics best practices.\nMaintain documentation, data lineage, and governance standards to support enterprise data management initiatives.\nMentor team members and provide technical guidance on data architecture, modeling, reporting, and analytics best practices.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n6+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or related fields.\n5+ years of experience developing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.\n3+ years of experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, and data engineering best practices.\n3+ years of experience with SQL and relational database technologies.\n3+ years of experience with dimensional data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and semantic model design.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience with Power BI administration, deployment pipelines, and governance frameworks.\nExperience with Python, Spark, or other data engineering and analytics technologies.\nExperience implementing data governance, metadata management, and data lineage solutions.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, AI-powered analytics, and emerging data technologies.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.\nImportant information about this role:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
