You will be creating new software and enhancing existing software to provide banking and financial institution services. You will work with business analysts, engineers, and other system users to understand and implement their application requirements\nCould work with partners to understand their implementations and gain a breadth of knowledge in cloud-based SaaS implementations and technologies\nProvide quality software, improve test coverage and the overall quality of the systems. Lead other developers on the team and assist them in designing solutions, understanding the principles of financial services software and programming best practices.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nPerform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.\nMaintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.\nMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.\nMust be willing to work under deadlines and be detail oriented\nRequired qualifications:\n6+ years of experience in software development\n3+ years of experience in Golang, Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages\n3+ years of experience in SQL databases\n3+ years of experience in RESTful services, Swagger, Json data interchange, and GIT.\n3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies\n6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience\nExperience that would be great to have:\nIndustry experience in software application design and development for payments such as ACH, Fedwire, RTP, cards, or other iso20022/iso8583 related payment types.\nFamiliarity with Golang\nAI driven development practices\nMicroservices development strategies and best practices\nSponsorship\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
