If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nSenior Implementation EngineerWhat does a successful Senior Implementation Engineer do at Fiserv?\nYou will develop, manage, and showcase innovative solutions to complex business problems that leverage the Finxact Core APIs and technical features. With a focus on ensuring customer success, the Implementation Engineer’s primary role is to provide technical consulting to clients and serve as a subject matter expert on the Finxact Core APIs and integration points. In addition, the Implementation Engineer role encompasses all components of client implementations, training, overall product feedback and client support. When clients present vendors that are not already integrated to the Finxact core, you will provide consultative guidance on how the vendor can be integrated into the ecosystem. Most importantly though, you will consult the client on best practices regarding integration models, workflows and you will support the client’s users through onboarding to help them get the most out of the solution you helped design.
