You will lead the design, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of highly available infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on F5 and Citrix NetScaler technologies. You will support Fiserv’s government programs, partnering with infrastructure, application, security, and vendor teams to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, deploy, and maintain a critical local and global load balancing infrastructure using Citrix NetScaler and F5 solutions.\nManage DNS infrastructure and configurations\nDesign and implement load balanced application configurations\nProvide technical leadership and design guidance for application teams.\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive problems through resolution\nLead platform upgrades, configuration changes, capacity planning, and performance optimization\nDevelop and maintain configurations for virtual servers, certificates, policies, and related services\nUnderstand encryption technologies commonly used by web applications, DNS, and load balancing\nPartner with application, infrastructure, security, OEM, and vendor teams on technical solutions\nOperate in a regulated, controlled financial environment.\nDevelop technical standards, documentation, and implementation procedures\nIdentify opportunities to improve and automate infrastructure processes using tools such as Python and Ansible\nProvide technical guidance and knowledge sharing across engineering teams\nExperience you’ll need to have\n8+ years of experience in network, systems, infrastructure engineering, or a related field\n6+ years of experience with Citrix NetScaler and/or F5 design, deployment, and support\n6+ years of experience with technologies such as LTM, GTM, HA, GSLB, ad content switching.\n4+ years of DNS experience, such as Bluecat, DNSSEC, and F5 XC.\nExperience troubleshooting complex financial, regulated, enterprise infrastructure environments\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience\nExperience that would be great to have\nExperience with Python, Ansible, or other infrastructure automation tools\nExperience with multi-factor authentication solutions\nExperience supporting large-scale infrastructure migrations or modernization initiatives\nF5 certifications such as F5-CTS or F5-CSE\nStrong communication skills and experience working across technical teams, vendors, and business partners\nImportant information about this role\nThis position requires in-person collaboration\nMust possess U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) status\nThis position will work a second-shift schedule\nHow you’ll work\nThis role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment\n#Hiring #NetworkEngineering #F5 #F5BIGIP #NetScaler #LoadBalancing #InfrastructureEngineering #CloudInfrastructure #TechJobs #L1-CD1\nSalary Range\n$109,000.00 - $182,400.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.
