If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nSenior Product Manager\nJob Description *\nWhat does a Senior Product Manager at Fiserv do?\nThis Senior Product Manager will define and deliver the product strategy for identity and access management, user personas, permissions, and user administration across Commerce Control Center. Success means creating secure, intuitive, and scalable experiences that simplify how clients, partners, and associates onboard users, assign access, and manage identities throughout the lifecycle. The role will establish reusable platform capabilities for authentication, federation, delegated administration, hierarchy-aware access and auditability while balancing client experience with security and compliance requirements. We will measure outcomes through stronger adoption, reduced administrative effort and support demand, improved access accuracy and timeliness, and predictable delivery of roadmap commitments.\nWhat you will do:\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap: Own the vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for IAM and user management across Commerce Control Center.\nPersona & Needs Definition: Define user personas-from client admins to non-human identities-using research, analytics, and business context.\nFull Lifecycle Discovery: Lead discovery to solve friction points across onboarding, authentication, role assignment, access changes, and offboarding.\nRequirements & Prioritization: Translate security, privacy, and regulatory needs into clear user journeys, epics, features, and release plans.\nScalable Admin Experience: Design self-service and scalable admin features, including delegated administration, role/permission hierarchies, bulk actions, and data masking.\nArchitecture & Security Alignment: Partner with cybersecurity to enforce least privilege, separation of duties, strong authentication, federation, and auditability.\nCross-Functional Execution: Work with UX, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to build reusable IAM patterns across web, mobile, and APIs.\nAnalytics & Communication: Track adoption metrics and support friction to drive automation while keeping executive and technical stakeholders aligned.\nWhat you need to have:\nBachelor’s degree in business, technology, information systems, cybersecurity, design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n6+ years of product management or equivalent experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, digital platforms, security products or complex administration experiences. \nExperience owning product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, prioritization and delivery for complex cross-functional products. \nWorking knowledge of identity lifecycle management, authentication, federation, SSO, MFA, provisioning, entitlements and access certification. \nExperience defining product metrics and using qualitative and quantitative evidence to evaluate outcomes. \nExperience partnering with design, engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, operations and client-facing teams. \nWhat would be nice to have:\nExperience in financial services, payments, merchant acquiring, banking technology or another highly regulated environment. \nExperience with identity platforms and standards such as Ping, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM or FIDO-based authentication. \nExperience modernizing fragmented user management capabilities into common platform services and reusable design patterns. \nExperience with API products, event-driven architecture, product telemetry, accessibility, zero trust or security-by-design practices.\nSalary Range:\n$90,000.00-$126,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
