Your expertise will help mitigate risks and continuously improve our incident response protocols. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Fiserv’s commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction, ensuring seamless service delivery.\nWhat you'll do:\nDrive the incident management process to ensure swift resolution and minimal business impact.\nCollaborate with various departments to enhance incident response strategies and protocols.\nAnalyze incident trends and develop action plans to prevent future occurrences.\nEnsure all incidents are documented accurately and comprehensively.\nProvide insights and recommendations for process improvements.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n5+ years of experience in incident management and response\n3+ years of experience with Confluence and Jira for managing release and incident tickets\n3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, SQL, and Kibana\n5+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics or other APM solutions\nExperience with the Atlassian Suite and ServiceNow for incident management\nThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
