In this role, you will oversee daily workflow, service delivery, quality standards and team development to help ensure operational goals and service commitments are met consistently.\nYou will play an important role in creating an engaged team environment, resolving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement. Success in this position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, effective communication and the ability to work across teams to improve processes and outcomes.\nWhat you will do\nLead, coach and develop a team responsible for operational execution and client support.\nOversee daily operations to help ensure service levels, quality standards and business objectives are achieved.\nProvide ongoing performance feedback, support employee development and foster a culture of accountability and engagement.\nManage escalated operational and client issues, working to deliver timely resolution and a positive client experience.\nReview operational performance, identify trends and implement improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.\nPartner across teams to optimize processes, support business priorities and advance continuous improvement efforts.\nSupport a strong operational framework with focus on risk management, compliance and quality execution.\nWhat will you need to know:\nExperience in financial services, payments, operations support or a regulated environment.\nExperience leading teams focused on service delivery, operational support or client issue resolution.\nFamiliarity with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices.\nExperience working across multiple business functions to support operational goals.\nKnowledge of risk, compliance and control standards within an operations environment.\nPreferred Skills:\nBachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, work and military experience.\n4+ years of experience in operations, client support, customer service or a related business environment.\n1+ years of leadership, team lead or supervisory experience.\nExperience managing daily workflow, service levels and quality performance in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience using operational metrics and reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\nThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
