You will work with engineering, platform, and product teams to develop large language model (LLM) integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic workflows that improve business outcomes. Your work will help accelerate delivery of AI-enabled solutions through strong engineering practices, reliable integrations, and well-governed application design.\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign and implement integrations with large language model application programming interfaces (APIs) such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar model platforms.\nBuild and support Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and related orchestration patterns that improve context handling and interoperability across AI-enabled applications.\nDevelop agentic workflows and AI application frameworks using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks.\nDesign, implement, and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, including embeddings, vector stores, retrieval logic, and response grounding techniques.\nBuild backend services and APIs using Python, asynchronous programming techniques, FastAPI, or similar frameworks to support scalable AI application delivery.\nPartner with product, engineering, and platform teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions that are measurable, maintainable, and production-ready.\nEvaluate and improve application reliability, performance, observability, and security across AI workflows and integrated services.\nSupport engineering productivity through modern development workflows and tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar assisted development environments.\nContribute to testing, validation, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled applications, ensuring solution quality and operational readiness.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, artificial intelligence engineering, or related development roles building production applications.\nExperience integrating large language model APIs such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar generative AI platforms into applications or services.\nExperience building agentic workflows or orchestration frameworks using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar tools.\nExperience developing retrieval-augmented generation pipelines including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, and prompt grounding approaches.\nExperience with Python, asynchronous programming, FastAPI, or similar backend development frameworks used to deliver scalable APIs and services.\nExperience working with application integration patterns, testing approaches, and engineering practices that support reliable and maintainable AI solutions.\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience with Model Context Protocol implementations or similar context-sharing and orchestration standards.\nExperience with observability, monitoring, and evaluation techniques for AI applications in production environments.\nExperience with prompt engineering, model behavior testing, and AI safety or governance practices.\nExperience using modern AI-assisted developer workflows such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.\nHow you'll work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
