The role demands credit processing domain expertise, strong analytical capability, and proven experience delivering complex, large-scale projects and migrations in regulated environments.\nThe ideal candidate will also demonstrate the practical application of AI in business analysis, including the use of AI-enabled tools to accelerate requirements gathering, improve documentation quality, automate analysis tasks, and enhance traceability and validation.\nWhat you’ll do:\nRequirements Gathering & Business Analysis - Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Analyze existing credit card issuing and processing workflows, Collections workflows, identify gaps, and define future-state requirements aligned to platform objectives.\nLeverage AI-assisted tools to - Accelerate requirements discovery and summarization. Improve consistency and quality of requirement definitions. Support impact analysis and dependency identification.\nEnsure requirements are clear, testable, traceable, and aligned with business outcomes.\nMigration Analysis & Planning Support - Support the design and execution of Collections platform migration strategies, ensuring minimal customer and operational disruption. Define and validate data mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation requirements, and cutover dependencies. Assist in planning and validation of parallel runs, rehearsals, and migration checkpoints, with a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance.\nProcess & Functional Documentation - Produce high-quality business process models, functional specifications, migration artifacts, and data definitions. Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from business need through design, build, and test.\nTesting, Validation & Readiness - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration testing activities. Validate functionality, business rules, and processing outcomes against defined requirements. Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and operational readiness standards.\nStakeholder & Delivery Collaboration - Act as a key liaison between business units, technology teams, delivery partners, and vendors. Support project leadership with status reporting, impact assessments, and risk identification. Contribute to governance forums and working sessions with clear, data-driven insights.\nExperience you’ll need to have:\n6+ years as a Technical Business Analyst\nStrong understanding of credit card issuing, processing platforms, payment ecosystems and Collections workflows. Working knowledge of payments regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS and local regulations.\nStrong hands-on experience with Optis platforms for credit card management and experience supporting large-scale data migration programs, including data mapping and reconciliation.\nAbility to analyze large data sets and perform impact and dependency analysis and foundational understanding of Java, RESTFUL APIs with hands on experience with SQL and Postman.\nDemonstrated use of AI tools to enhance business analysis activities, particularly requirements definition and analysis efficiency.\nPrior involvement in platform migration or major transformation programs within payments or financial services.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nExperience with leading card processing platforms.\nKnowledge of APIs, and service-based integrations in card processing.\nFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\nPrior Fiserv experience.\nHow you’ll work\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
