You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven team that takes pride in being #FiservProud and in helping clients focus on life, not financial services.\nWhat you will do:\nConduct inbound and outbound B2B sales calls, maintaining high daily call volumes (50+ calls/day). \nDrive attainment of revenue targets. \nIdentify and pursue cross-sell opportunities, promoting value-add solutions such as Clover from Fiserv, Payment Gateway, and DCC. \nOvercome objections and negotiate terms using effective questioning techniques. \nMaintain accurate customer records and ensure timely, error-free completion of applications. \nCoordinate with underwriting, operations, and account teams to satisfy client requirements. \nSupport business lead initiatives, scheme rules, and industry compliance matters. \nWhat you will need to have:\nDemonstrated high-volume telephone selling capability with consistent KPI and SLA focus (e.g. 50+ calls/day and target-driven outcomes). \nStrong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills with measurable conversion focus. \nExcellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills for B2B engagements. \nProven organization, time management, and attention to detail for accurate application processing. \nProficiency with CRM systems and call-logging tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and comfort with metrics-driven dashboards. \nWhat would be great to have:\nBackground in inside sales or telesales environments. \nFamiliarity with merchant acquiring, payments, or financial services. \nExperience promoting Clover from Fiserv, payment gateways, or DCC solutions. \nKnowledge of card scheme rules, compliance requirements, or merchant onboarding processes. \nThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
