In this role, you will oversee daily workflow management, decision quality, operational performance, and employee development while ensuring risk, compliance, and service level expectations are consistently achieved.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate teams, manage competing priorities, support sound risk-based decisioning, and drive continuous improvement. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, process management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across credit risk, operations, sales, compliance, and other business partners.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and develop an assigned credit risk operations team, which may include risk investigations, underwriting, triage, merchant review, or related workflows.\nOversee daily workload, queue management, service levels, quality standards, and business objectives to ensure timely and accurate risk decisions.\nCoach and mentor team members, providing performance feedback, decisioning guidance, and support for career growth and development.\nReview escalated cases and complex risk scenarios, helping teams apply policies, procedures, and sound judgment to support consistent outcomes.\nAnalyze operational and risk performance trends, identify root causes, and implement solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and control effectiveness.\nPartner with internal stakeholders across credit risk, operations, sales, compliance, and product teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives.\nMaintain a strong focus on risk management, regulatory compliance, policy adherence, and operational excellence.\nThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
