You’ll bring together strategic leadership, payments expertise, and financial insight to turn opportunities into results.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive growth and business performance by expanding network membership, increasing transaction volume, and delivering revenue and profitability across new and existing relationships.\nLead and inspire a high-impact team, creating a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and results.\nBecome a trusted advisor to clients, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and connecting their needs with the right services and solutions.\nBuild lasting executive relationships by bringing relevant industry expertise, market insights, and strategic thinking to client conversations.\nCreate new opportunities by leading contract negotiations and identifying ways to expand existing relationships.\nBring the value of the network to life through compelling data, financial insights, and industry expertise.\nCollaborate across Fiserv, partnering with sales, relationship management, pricing, proposal, and other teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients.\nHelp shape the strategy by developing short- and long-range plans and bringing market, product, and competitive intelligence back into the organization.\nWhat you'll need to have:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of experience leading a successful team in the debit payments industry.\n7+ years of experience managing large accounts while being accountable for add-on sales commitments and client retention. \n7+ years of financial and/or analysis experience.\nSponsorship: You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.\nHow you will work:\nThis role is on-site Monday through Friday.
