The Warehouse Associate will perform receiving, inventory entry, staging, and shipping to ensure materials are available and accurate for on-time production. You will train on and become certified for forklifts and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEnter and maintain inventory records in the warehouse computer system to support accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.\nPick, stage, and prepare materials for customer orders to meet Print production schedules.\nLoad and unload trucks, and perform shipping and receiving tasks to support timely outbound and inbound flows.\nInspect inventory, deliveries, and shipments for damage and report discrepancies or quality issues.\nOperate powered industrial trucks (after training and certification) to move and stage materials safely.\nComplete assigned warehouse tasks, maintain a clean work environment, and follow all safety procedures.\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you’ll need to have:\nBasic computer experience for data entry.\nAbility to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.\nMust be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often.\nExperience that would be great to have:\nHigh school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience in a print production or manufacturing environment supporting staging and production schedules.\nOSHA or other safety certifications relevant to warehouse operations (e.g., PIT/Forklift certification).\nPrior experience working rotating shifts, weekend overtime, or shift differential environments.\nFamiliarity with LTL freight processing and basic carrier documentation (BOL, packing lists).\nHow you’ll work:\nCompensation is $ 16 / hour.\nYou are eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts.\nThis role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.\nThis role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.\nSponsorship:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
