If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.\nJob Title\nWarehouse LeadAbout your role:\nAs a Warehouse Lead, you will support warehouse shift operations by coordinating daily production activities, inventory movement and shipment processing. You will work with warehouse and card production operations teams to help maintain accurate order fulfillment, timely project completion and alignment with standard operating procedures. Your work helps keep materials flowing safely and accurately to support reliable client delivery.\nWhat you'll do:\nReceive shipments, verify contents against packing slips and sort materials for storage or production use.\nPull inventory to support internal orders and process outbound supply orders within established timelines.\nEnter inventory, shipment and production data into computerized tracking systems with attention to accuracy.\nComplete quality checks to verify materials, counts and order details before items move to the next step.\nMonitor work queues, identify issues that may cause delays or errors and initiate corrective action in a timely manner.\nSupport training for warehouse associates on procedures, equipment use, safety expectations and inventory processes.\nSafe operation of a forklift including elevated heights upon completion of onsite training and certification\nResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.\nExperience you'll need to have:\n12+ months Production Experience in High-Speed Operation or similar \nProven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language \nBasic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation) \nAbility to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 30 pounds \nBe able, as it is necessary, to climb, stretch, crouch, or knee \nExperience that would be great to have:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent \nExperience in high-speed production, card production or fulfillment operations.\nExperience applying basic math to inventory counts, shipment verification or order processing.\nExperience supporting peer training in warehouse, production or operations environments.\nHow you'll work:\nYou will work second shift, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM\nEligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd and 3rd shift \nFlexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays \nThis role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.\n\nSponsorship:\nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
