Our New Zealand origins, curious nature and passion to develop luxury products designed around people are core elements that make us unique.\nAs a trusted, sustainably minded, innovative, generous and curious organisation, we are on a journey to become the world's most human-centred, #1 premium appliance brand.\nDelivery & Installation Assistant\nThe opportunity\nWe’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Delivery & Installation Assistant to help bring the F&P experience into our customers’ homes.\nWorking alongside our Lead Driver, you’ll help deliver, install and connect Fisher & Paykel products safely and efficiently, ensuring every customer receives the high standard of service expected from our premium brand.\nThis is an active, practical role where teamwork, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to customer service are essential.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nSupporting daily delivery schedules, including receiving, loading and unloading products.\nDelivering, installing and connecting appliances in customers’ homes, with care and professionalism.\nRemoving customers’ old products where required.\nCompleting vehicle safety checks, maintaining a clean and roadworthy vehicle, and ensuring all delivery documentation is completed accurately.\nSupporting trade deliveries and warehouse operations when needed.\nFollowing health and safety procedures and representing Fisher & Paykel positively in every customer interaction.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou’ll be reliable, physically capable and comfortable working as part of a team in a hands-on environment. You take pride in your work, communicate professionally and understand the importance of delivering a great customer experience.\nYou’ll also bring a full driver licence, good literacy and numeracy skills, basic computer capability and a strong commitment to health and safety. Previous experience in a similar role and additional trade skills would be an advantage.
