You will work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, product and operations to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships and deliver sustainable growth.\nBased in Auckland, you will play a key role in strengthening the position of one of New Zealand’s most recognised and trusted brands in the building sector.\nWhere you'll make your mark\nYou will lead the development and execution of the New Zealand builder-market strategy, identifying opportunities to build market share, deepen customer relationships and create profitable, sustainable growth. You will bring disciplined account and pipeline management, strong commercial judgement and an ability to work through complexity to achieve results.\nYou will also foster a customer-first, collaborative performance culture, building capability and ensuring teams and partners are aligned around shared priorities and an exceptional end-to-end experience.\nKey responsibilities\nShape and execute the strategy for Fisher & Paykel’s New Zealand builder market, driving sustainable growth and strong commercial performance.\nDevelop enduring relationships with builders, developers and strategic partners, strengthening engagement and identifying opportunities.\nCollaborate across sales, product, marketing and operations to deliver a compelling market proposition, effective execution and outstanding customer outcomes.\nWho are you?\nYou are an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record of building customer relationships, developing markets and delivering results. You bring an understanding of complex business-to-business sales environments and the ability to connect commercial strategy with practical execution.\nYou are confident engaging senior customers and industry partners, comfortable negotiating and influencing, and able to use market intelligence and commercial insight to make sound decisions.
