Floor Supervisors - Part Time

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Floor Supervisorto help guide our team and create an exceptional customer experience. If you’re a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves working with people, this is your chance to be part of something exciting and new.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting daily retail operations and ensuring smooth customer flow
- Leading by example-jumping in to assist with sales, service, and product knowledge
- Coaching and mentoring team members on the floor
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
- Assisting with inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures
- Acting as a key point of contact between staff and management
- Assists with inventory control, ordering, and scheduling in coordination with the Kitchen Manager/Chef and Store Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, team-first attitude
- Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
- Passion for food, sustainability, and creating great customer experiences
