Our Opportunity:
We’relooking for a motivated, experienced Customer Experience Technician to join our Auckland team. In this role, you’lldeliver technical expertiseand outstanding service directly in our customers’ homes - helping us provide truly “Best in Class” customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and fully test products to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Build and maintainstrong product knowledge through training sessions, manuals, and digital learning tools.
Complete all service-related documentation, including job records and cash collection requirements.
Manage and maintainyour spare parts inventory.
What you will need:
Proven experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting.
Relevant Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair.
an NZ registered Electrical Practicing Licence is essential i.eEAS, EST, EASQ.
Strong communicationand computer skills.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver premium service.
