escalate and resolve exceptions. \nSupport Custom compliance functional expert to get information as required from freight forwarders for meeting CBSA requirements, CUSMA trade rules (for shipments to and from US), and broker coordination. \nManage day-to-day operational relationships with 3PL, carriers, brokers, forwarders, and logistics service providers. \nTrack service performance, identify trends, and support corrective action plans. \nSupport rate, SLA, and accessorial governance through operational insight and reporting. \nMonitor freight spend, accruals, and invoice accuracy. \nAnalyze cost drivers including demurrage, detention, premium freight, returns and re-delivery. \nIdentify and support cost savings initiatives aligned to Canada logistics targets. \nOwn logistics KPI tracking and reporting for Canada to leadership and global logistics teams. \nEnsure data accuracy across ERP, TMS, visibility tools, and carrier portals. \nSupport SOP adherence and continuous improvement of logistics governance. \nSupport business transformation and network design initiatives, ensuring systems, structures, and service levels meet future customer requirements. \nSupport multi-channel final-mile fulfilment across delivery modes (including B2B and B2B2C) within the Canadian logistics network. \nContribute logistics insight to capacity planning, mode selection, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end flow of goods to the end consumer. \nApply structured stakeholder management to enable effective cross-functional collaboration with global supporting functions. \nSupport carrier onboarding and ensure carriers are trained and operating in accordance with Standard Operating and Safe Work Procedures (SOPs / SWPs). \nMaintain and apply SOPs, work instructions, and business rules, supporting operational alignment across the logistics network. \nSupport the development of training and capability content covering product handling, service standards, and final-mile delivery and installation excellence. \nAddress and resolve transportation-related issues and service exceptions raised by internal stakeholders and customers. • Maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction by monitoring delivery performance and responding to service inquiries. • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the brand image is upheld across all carrier and customer interactions. \nYou Have:\nAdvanced logistics execution and container management knowledge. Strong cost-to-serve and analytical capability\nTrade compliance understanding (CBSA, CUSMA). \nData-driven decision making and continuous improvement mindset. \nStrong stakeholder communication and execution discipline. \nStrong commercial and financial acumen, applying the right cost and service solution to each situation. Commercial awareness supporting rate, SLA, accessorial, and invoice governance. \nProficiency in transportation and logistics systems - TMS, ERP (Oracle / JDE), Power BI, and advanced Excel. \nEffective influencing and relationship-building across internal and carrier networks. \nHSE awareness with a role-model commitment to safe work practices. \nLEAN and process-improvement discipline. \nDetail-oriented and results-driven; able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. \nThe expected base salary/pay range for this role is $63,000.00 - $80,000.
