You'll serve as a key point of contact on the warehouse floor, helping drive productivity, inventory accuracy, safety performance, and continuous improvement.\nSuccess in this role requires strong operational knowledge, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced distribution environment.\nYou Will\nWarehouse Operations & Team Leadership\nLead daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, staging, dispatching, and inventory movements.\nMaintain a strong presence on the warehouse floor, providing guidance, support, and direction to warehouse associates.\nAssign daily tasks and priorities to team members to ensure operational goals are achieved.\nTrain and coach associates on warehouse processes, equipment usage, and standard operating procedures.\nMonitor workflow and respond quickly to operational challenges and service disruptions.\nInbound, Outbound & Dispatch Coordination\nCoordinate inbound shipments, outbound orders, and truck scheduling activities.\nAllocate unloads, pick lists, and staging requirements to support efficient warehouse operations.\nEnsure all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate and complete, including bills of lading and packing slips.\nWork closely with carriers, drivers, logistics partners, and internal teams to support on-time delivery performance.\nEscalate service issues, transportation delays, and operational risks when necessary.\nInventory Control & Quality\nSupport inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation activities, and inventory investigations.\nCoordinate product returns, quality control processes, and inventory disposition activities.\nMonitor inventory movements and ensure proper storage practices, including FIFO requirements.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.\nAssist with freight claims and damage reporting processes.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain operational reports and performance metrics related to warehouse activities.\nMonitor warehouse performance against productivity, inventory accuracy, and service KPIs.\nSupport process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.\nAssist in developing and maintaining warehouse procedures and documentation.\nAct as a brand ambassador in interactions with customers, carriers, and business partners.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nPromote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and active participation in health and safety initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable safety regulations.\nConduct safety inspections, audits, and workplace observations.\nInvestigate incidents, near misses, and hazards, implementing corrective actions as needed.\nSupport employee training, emergency preparedness activities, and ongoing safety education.\nParticipate in site opening and closing activities as required.\nYou Have\nExperience\n2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments.\nExperience leading, training, or coordinating warehouse teams.\nExperience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards or Oracle.\nKnowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes.\nExperience working with freight carriers and transportation coordination preferred.\nStrong leadership and team coordination abilities.\nExcellent organizational and prioritization skills.\nStrong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.\nWorking knowledge of warehouse management systems and RF technology.\nUnderstanding of OSHA requirements, warehouse safety practices, and material handling equipment.\nAbility to identify issues, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions.\nOur Benefits At a Glance\nIn addition to providing competitive medical, dental vision, life, and disability insurance, we offer:\n401K with company match \nPaid Vacation/Time Off: We believe that your time off is important, which is why all US employees are offered generous time away.
