Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.\nWe are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.\nOverview:\nJoin our FP&A team and take ownership of the analysis that informs our growth. You will maintain forecasts, work directly with budget owners, and turn financial and operating data into clear management reporting. You will report to the Senior Financial Analyst, who reviews key assumptions and recommendations, and collaborate with Go-to-Market, our People Team and other departments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain financial forecast models in our FP&A software, Sigma Computing.\nMaintain the revenue forecast model, updating assumptions with the Go-to-Market and Sales team.\nCoordinate monthly reviews with budget owners; update expense, hiring and headcount forecasts; and explain actual-to-budget and actual-to-forecast variances.\nDocument assumption changes and follow up on approvals while preserving approved budgets and forecast version history.\nMaintain the KPI workbook, executive and departmental reports, and projected year-end metrics; support board data requests and IRAP reporting inputs.\nReconcile forecast outputs across FP&A software and spreadsheets, improve spreadsheet controls, and develop practical ways to automate recurring forecast updates.\nRequirements:\nExperience:Two years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis or business finance experience, and equivalent demonstrated capability owning recurring planning work.\n\nTechnical Expertise:Strong spreadsheet skills, including driver-based models, scenario analysis, reconciliations, clear assumptions and error checks.\nWorking SQL proficiency to query, join, aggregate and validate data used in financial analysis.\nSound understanding of revenue, expenses, headcount planning and financial statements; confidence explaining variances to non-finance colleagues.\nStrong organization, written communication and follow-through across multiple stakeholders and monthly deadlines.\n\nSoft Skills:Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.\nProven relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.\nHighly motivated, self-directed individual who can manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience with Sigma Computing or another BI platform, HubSpot, SaaS or fintech business models\nCPA/CFA designation or progress toward one. With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.
