The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solution architecture, cloud-native applications, AWS, Python, and AI/GenAI, along with excellent client-facing and communication skills.\n\nRequired Skills\n12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technology consulting, or application development.\n3+ years in Solution/Technical Architecture, preferably in enterprise environments.\nStrong experience in end-to-end solution design and architecture.\nStrong backend expertise in any of the 2 languages (Python, Java, Go, C#)\nStrong knowledge of microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.\nStrong experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture.\nExperience with SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging systems, caching, and integrations.\nStrong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.\nExcellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to balance business requirements, technical feasibility, cost, scalability, and time-to-market.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Consulting\nDefine end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business objectives, scalability, security, and cost.\nConduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nCreate architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, technology roadmaps, and technical documentation.\nEvaluate technologies, frameworks, platforms, and build-vs-buy options.\nIdentify architectural risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Engagement\nWork closely with clients, product managers, engineering leaders, and delivery teams.\nPresent solution options, architecture decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor and identify opportunities for modernization and digital transformation.\n\nSolutioning & Presales\nLead technical solutioning for new opportunities and transformation initiatives.\nContribute to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, SOWs, and technical presentations.\nDefine technology stacks, high-level implementation approaches, assumptions, and dependencies.\nCollaborate with delivery teams on estimation, resource planning, timelines, and technical feasibility.\nLead technical POCs and help convert successful prototypes into production solutions.\n\nCloud & Application Architecture\nDesign cloud-native and distributed applications using microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and serverless patterns.\nDesign highly available, scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions.\nProvide guidance on databases, caching, messaging, integrations, and distributed systems.\n\nAI & GenAI Architecture\nIdentify opportunities to integrate AI/GenAI into products, applications, and business workflows.\nDesign solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and conversational AI.\nEvaluate AI solutions based on business value, accuracy, security, latency, scalability, and cost.\nDefine approaches for AI orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with emerging technologies such as serverless, AI agents, multimodal AI, and ML integration.\nExposure to domain-driven design (DDD), clean architecture, and hexagonal patterns.\nExperience with AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, or responsible AI practices.\nContributions to open-source
