The ideal candidate must have 3 - 4 years of recent, hands-on Python experience, while earlier experience in Java or .NET is welcome. The candidate should be capable of defining scalable, secure, cloud-native application architectures, guiding engineering teams, and bringing practical exposure to AI/GenAI solutions.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\nTechnical Architecture & Application Engineering : \n\n- Define end-to-end architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native patterns.\n\n- Translate complex requirements into architecture designs, component blueprints, integration patterns, data flows, and technical specifications.\n\n- Drive Python backend architecture using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask; guide implementation and review designs/code for quality, performance, and maintainability.\n\n- Leverage prior Java/.NET experience to integrate, modernize, and architect applications across heterogeneous technology environments.\n\nAWS & Cloud Architecture : \n\n- Design highly available, fault-tolerant, secure, and cost-optimized AWS solutions using services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, and Step Functions.\n\n- Guide cloud deployment, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, cloud security, monitoring, observability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.\n\nAI/GenAI Architecture : \n\n- Architect AI-enabled applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and conversational AI.\n\n- Work with AI platforms/APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Gemini; understand orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails, and production readiness.\n\nTechnical Leadership & Governance : \n\n- Lead architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, technical risk assessments, and resolution of complex engineering challenges.\n\n- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, establish engineering standards, and ensure implementation aligns with architecture, security, and quality expectations.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- 10 - 16 years of experience in software engineering, application development, and technical architecture.\n\n- 3 - 4 years of strong, hands-on Python development experience in recent years, with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.\n\n- Earlier hands-on experience in Java, .NET, or similar enterprise technologies is acceptable.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in AWS architecture and implementation across compute, storage, databases, networking, security, and integration services.\n\n- Strong understanding of microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application design.\n\n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging systems.\n\n- Practical exposure to AI/GenAI application architecture, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and AI API integrations.\n\n- Strong understanding of application security, scalability, performance, reliability, and observability.\n\n- Experience leading technical design discussions, architecture reviews,
