Specializing in fitness equipment set up and configuration, this role works to ensure the highest function of all aspects of both member-facing and associate areas. This role is also responsible for reporting on work progress and completion while communicating with stakeholders across the Club Services and Construction and Design Departments.\nWhat will you be doing?\nPerforms installation, fit-up and mounting of fitness equipment:\nAssembles various types of functional fitness equipment as directed by National Manager of Club Installations\nPrioritizes work according to construction schedules, department mandates, and plan schedule for Club visits to maximize efficiency\nSupports specialist teams (Audio Visual Installation) as required to help execute on larger projects\nDriving/Deliveries:\nOperates company leased or rented delivery trucks in a safe and responsible manner in order to deliver supplies and equipment to/from various club locations and warehouse\nPlans routes and schedules in advance of deliveries in order to reduce driving time, and to support continuity of work at each location \nAssists the team with unloading equipment upon arrival to site\nReports on work progress and completion:\nApplies service notes and costs, plus status updates to individual work orders for visibility across departments\nOrders parts and materials via our Purchasing Team as well as through local and national vendors\nRecognizes where extra support is needed to manage total workload, and communicate with Supervisor to supplement with extra resources where required\nCommunicates with stakeholders within our department, and across the Company, to maintain a clear understanding of progress\nInitiates updates with Club General Managers and support staff so they have a clear picture of outstanding issues\nWorks directly with AV Install Supervisor, Senior AV Supervisor and Purchasers to document any needs or support required\nPractices safe working habits at all times\nFollows all health & safety best practices when carrying out service and maintenance\nObeys all traffic laws and practice safe and professional driving habits in company vehicles\nDo you have what it takes?\nHigh school diploma\n2+ Years working with fitness equipment or assembly work an asset\n2+ Years operating delivery vehicles\nDZ Driver’s license\nWhat's in it for you?\nOngoing training and development to ensure a long and successful career path\nCareer advancement opportunities\nCompetitive Total Rewards Package\nFREE Fitness membership\nFun and energetic atmosphere to come to every day!\nCompensation:\nIt is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $25.13.
